Good Morning. Happy Sunday!
On this beautiful Spring morning, let us count our blessings.
We are blessed to live on this wonderful, life-sustaining Earth, full of beauty and adventure. We are blessed to share this world with other beings...animals, people, plants...and the spirits that surround us and embody all things. We are blessed to watch the Spring unfold before us and the trees awaken and the plants push up through the soft soil; as the creatures give birth and nurture their newly born young. We are blessed to witness life all around us, all stages of life, as we come back around to this wonderful time of new growth, new beginnings and new opportunities. As the sun rises this morning in the East, let us be grateful for the newness that we are given each day to begin again.
Let us count all of our blessing and be aware of the miracles that occur in our lives every single day as we share time and space with our loved ones, as we take in each breath and allow our bodies to take care of us without our egos getting in the way.
Share a moment with your spirit and connect to Nature. Connect with other beings by sharing gratitude for their presence here and now. Enjoy this morning, this moment, this beautiful Spring day as you awaken to your Now potential and simply be. Be a part of All That Is and simply breathe it all in. You are life. You have love and energy coursing through your veins, connecting you with everything beautiful, all things Divine.
Be in a state of gratitude and wonder as you go about your day. Try to notice life as it exists in all things around you--as it exists within you. Remember your own connection to everything and to all of life.
We are All One, blessed in our existence, together, sharing in this time and space.
Have a beautiful, blessed day!
Love to all.

Happy Earth Day!
Happy Earth Day!
We give thanks to our Mother Earth, Gaia, on this day, and honor Her as we consciously connect to Nature.
We remember that we are All One and this Planet Earth is an extension of ourselves. Let us celebrate our connection and give gratitude for life.
Sending love to All and wishing a great healing to each other and our Mother Earth that we may all live in health and harmony.
Spend a moment in quiet meditation to reflect on your connection to Mother Earth. Give thanks. Give love.
Love to all.

Celebrate Mother Earth (4.20.14)
Good Morning. Happy Sunday!
Tuesday is Earth Day. That's a pretty big deal. We need to celebrate our Mother Earth, the planet that sustains us and gives us life, like we celebrate other holidays. If we could give equal weight to the honor of our Great Mother Nature, that we do to the memories of those who came before, we might remember that we are a part of this living thing, this whole organism, right now.
There is no need to look into the past, for the Earth is beneath our feet always--the sky above our heads in every single moment. We only have Now, and the life we are, the life around us, and the life we share.
Give thanks to Mother Earth, to Father Sky, and to all the spirits that we share this time and space with. Look around yourself and see that without this great planet, we are nothing, for we would not even exist, nor could we continue to live without Her sustenance.
Honor thy Mother. Celebrate her as she should be celebrated. Not just on Earth Day, but every single day. Remember She is a part of you, a part of us all. We are truly One. Without Her we would not be.
This season, help her to heal. Plant a tree. Grow your own food. Feel the soil in your hands and beneath your feet. Connect to your natural state.
Be kind to others, to yourself and to Mother Earth. Radiate love.
Love to all.

It's the Little things (4.13.14)
Good morning. Happy Sunday!
This great world is an amazing place...this reality and time we live in, in spite of all of the stresses mankind creates and places upon our great Earth, is remarkable.
Are we acknowledging and counting the blessings in our lives? The little miracles? Do we even notice?
When we align ourselves with All That Is, interesting things begin to happen. Coincidences and synchronicities become more frequent and our perception widens a little more as our Spirit opens to embrace everyday miracles.
This week the man who was supposed to put in our driveway postponed until next week. It seems he forgot to check on the culvert and the company he was buying it from didn't have one in the size we need. So we wait. But, we went out to our Mustang land anyway and put in some fence posts on the north perimeter and flagged where we want the driveway to go in. In this process, I inadvertently stumbled upon a pipe sticking out of the ground. Thank the spirits of the North, I believe we found a well! It has standing water in it about three feet down.
Now, I consider that a pretty miraculous happening. Here we had been trying to figure out how we were going to raise the four grand to get a well drilled, and here one just shows up. Funny how things like that happen when we are vibrating in the same frequency as the world around us. Certainly the well needs to be tested and checked out, but I think it'll work out just fine.
Ever since we found this piece of land, things have been falling into place, and I am so grateful. As we follow the callings of our Spirits, we walk an easier road, although the risks may seem far greater than staying in a "comfortable" life. To me, the message seems quite clear, as the spiritual masters have been telling me for years: Follow your passion and if you are aligned and doing what your Spirit yearns for you to do, then the rest will fall into place. Jump and your wings will appear.
And so they have.
And so they will.
Have faith and trust in the great Universe. We are all connected by fine strings of energy and fields of love.
Miracles abound in our daily lives, if we open our hearts to see them. Find gratitude in the little things and share your love, knowing it will all come back around.
Love to all.

I am Coyote (4.6.14)
Good morning. Happy Sunday!
Look closely at the things around you...the world is not as it seems, but so much more.
This week we lost a turkey to the coyotes. How that happened, I'm not exactly sure. There must be a lot of holes in the original perimeter fence around the farm. The turkeys were out in their little yard and wouldn't go in their house for the night. And one of them paid for it.
I felt sad for the turkey, and for the loss to the farm. I felt angry about the fences and let down that most of the tales about coyotes are not true. (Like how they won't come into your space if you have other dogs that poop around the place, but maybe Chihuahua doesn't count. Our big dogs do not run the property. The fences are bad.)
I tried to track the coyote, following the turkey feathers, but I lost the trail in the big field we never use. As I walked in the cold wind, feeling the chill bite into my face and settle in my ears, I thought about that turkey and the fear it must have experienced. But then I thought about the coyote, and the longer I followed it's trail, the more I thought about how hungry it must have been to be so bold and courageous to enter our farm space, so close to the llamas and the dog pens, so close to the house, and catch that turkey under the fence of the turkey pen.
I saw several piles of coyote scat as I walked--some large, some small, like it belonged to a pup. I know that coyote carried and dragged that large bird a long way to its pack.
For just a minute I became that coyote, and all I wanted to do was feed my pups. The winter has been long and cold for everyone. The turkey became food for a family just struggling to get by. I understand that.
As I walk into nature, I become a part of the world I was meant to share and experience. My mind opens and I see things differently. My heart opens and I feel as One with the Great Web of Life, which is where I am supposed to be. As a human, I am no different from the wild life that surrounds me, and no different from all the creatures just trying to live in this world. Our realities may appear to be vastly unique to our circumstances, but in the end, life shares all things--this Mother Earth, the air, the water, the soil, the need for sustenance, and community of some variety.
I am Coyote, I am Magpie. I am my neighbor. I am the devastated mother on the other side of the world who just lost her child to some USA guided drone strike. But, I am also the misguided human who flew that drone. I am a part of all of it. Life. All That Is. The Tao. Source. God. It all exists outside of me, but it all exists inside of me too.
Like it or not, I must face the reality of myself. When I change myself by overcoming my own negative aspects, the world outside of me will also change. We are All One. We share the same energy.
I am Coyote. I am God. I am you. I am me. How may we help one another?
Love to all.
